We are friendly 5 days return policy , please refer the detailed policy under Refund Policy Page .
When you make a purchase with us, we believe you have placed your valued trust in us and have understood all our terms and conditions regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Please Write us a mail on support@brandedfragrance.com and we will immediately ship corrected product.

In that case, we exchange the product and send you another product. You can raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery and place your replacement request.

Yes, we give you the flexibility to cancel your order “before” it leaves our warehouse i.e. before it gets shipped. For details please refer Return/Refund Page.
