REFUND POLICY

Returns:
We accept returns in the following scenarios if request is raised within 5 days after Delivery:

  • Wrong product
  • Misprints on the Packaging
  • Delivered in damaged condition
  • Received a product near to Expiry Date

Eligibility for Refund :

  • All refund requests must be made within 5 days of receiving the product.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as they were received.
  • Refunds will not be granted for products that have been damaged, altered, or used in any way.

Refund Process:

  • Contact Branded Fragrance customer service to initiate the refund process.
  • Provide the order number, product details, and reason for the refund request.
  • Once the refund request has been approved, product will be picked up by delivery boy .
    Upon receipt of the returned product,
  • Branded Fragrance will process the refund within 2-3 business days.

Refund Method :
Refunds will be issued in the same payment method used for the original purchase. If the original payment method is not available, Branded Fragrance will issue a store credit or customer can share the Bank Details in which they wish to receive the refund .

Refunds:

Refunds are processed within 2-3 days of the receipt of product returned.

Products are eligible for Replacement if the Product that you recieved is damaged , not same as you ordered .
We will pickup the product from your location and will ship new product .
